Terms and Conditions for 31jili Philippines Players

1 Eligibility

To create an account and play at 31jili, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of the Philippines.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• You do not already hold an active account with 31jili.

31jili reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age or identity, your account may be restricted or closed. Any deposits made by an ineligible player will be returned minus any processing fees already incurred.

2 Account Registration

When you register at 31jili, you agree to:

3 Deposits & Payments

All transactions at 31jili are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). Supported deposit methods include:

• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

4 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

31jili offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, and VIP Club benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The standard wagering multiplier for deposit bonuses is displayed at the time of claiming the offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real money bets are placed from your main wallet first, unless specified otherwise.

6 Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available at 31jili are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and/or live dealer streams governed by licensed providers. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of any player action beyond their wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited while using 31jili:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs or technical errors. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected error are not valid and may be voided.
• Colluding with other players in table games or live dealer environments.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Multi-accounting or identity fraud has been detected.
• The account is accessing 31jili from a restricted jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 31jili will notify the player by their registered email address and provide an estimated timeline for resolution. Where closure is permanent due to a verified breach, any remaining balance may be withheld in line with applicable anti-fraud and regulatory obligations.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 31jili support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

10 Limitation of Liability

31jili operates the platform on a reasonable endeavours basis and works hard to maintain high availability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for:

• Losses incurred as a result of a player's internet connection or device failure.
